Richard Thomas

 

Richard worked as a secondary teacher for 12 years, in various roles before becoming an Assistant Headteacher.  In 2007 Richard left teaching to set up our sister company Academic Choice.  Based in Hagley, Academic Choice is a small but exclusive supply agency, which supplies teachers to primary and secondary schools across Worcestershire and The Black Country.

 

Gavin Haynes

 

Gavin was a professional Cricketer for 12 years at Worcestershire CCC, where he still works with the Academy. A level 4 coach with a BSC in Sport and Exercise science, Gavin also runs his cricket coaching company ‘First Class Cricket Coaching’ which works in Schools throughout the Midlands. Scouting and tutoring for the ECB are other roles that add to his experience.
